    1)overview

    B6 is a residual current operating circuit breaker with overcurrent protection for household and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), the circuit breaker has leakage protection, overload and short circuit protection functions, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 230V, rated current to 40A lines for protection. When someone is electrocuted or the circuit leakage current exceeds the specified value, the circuit breaker can automatically cut off the power supply within 0.1s to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents caused by leakage current. It can be used to protect the overload and short circuit of the line, and can also be used for the infrequent conversion of the line under normal circumstances.

    This product conforms to GB16917.1,IEC61009

    2)Characteristic

    1. The product consists of shell, operating system, contact system, arc extinguishing system, conductive system, residual current detection system, residual fault trip system, external test terminal, installation buckle, etc.

    2.The product overcurrent protection (overload and short circuit) adopts hydraulic release, and the operating characteristics are not affected by the ambient temperature.

    3. The electromagnetic release device is adopted for the protection of the residual dynamic leakage of the product. The characteristics are independent of the voltage, and the residual current can be protected as long as it reaches the threshold value.

    4. The product has three functions of short circuit protection, overload protection and leakage protection. N Without overload and short circuit protection.

    3)Customer test notice:

    1.Test 2 can generate residual current to N and ground, which can be tripped if it reaches the threshold;
    2.Test 2 is equipotential to L, can not generate residual current, can not trip;

    3. The overcurrent characteristics have been tested in the factory with special equipment and qualified;

    4. Short-circuit protection characteristics have been tested in the factory with special equipment, qualified; (It is not recommended that users test and verify with non-professional equipment)

    Test suggestions

    1. Leakage protection: The factory has used special equipment to test and set the leakage protection characteristics according to the standard, if the user needs to verify, it is recommended to touch the location from the output end of the circuit breaker L (series of milliammeter in the loop to determine the size of the leakage current), the circuit breaker should act.

    Note: For safety reasons, the test power supply should be equipped with 30mA and below leakage protector, wear insulation gloves rubber shoes, to prevent electric shock accidents.

    2. Overload protection: The overload protection characteristic factory has used special equipment to test and set according to the standard, if the user needs to verify, it is recommended to test the motor that calculates the load at 1.5 times the rated current of the circuit breaker, and the operation time is 50-90 seconds; 2 times the rated current operation time 10-20 seconds.

    3. Short circuit protection: the short circuit protection characteristics of the factory has used special equipment to test and set according to the standard, it is not recommended that users use non-professional equipment for verification, short circuit current will reach about 400A circuit breaker to trip, very dangerous, endangering personal safety and power grid security.
