The Miniature Circuit Breaker also known as Micro Circuit Breaker, suitable for AC 50/60Hz rated voltage 230/400V, rated current to 63A circuit overload and short circuit protection. It can also be used as an infrequent operation conversion of the line under normal circumstances. Small circuit breakers are mainly used in industrial, commercial, high-rise and residential and other places. The product should comply with IEC60898 standards.

The operating conditions：

1) The upper limit value of ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40 ° C, the lower limit value shall not be lower than -5 ° C, and the average temperature value of 24h shall not exceed +35 ° C;

Note 1: The lower limit is -10℃ or -25℃ working conditions, the user must declare to the manufacturer when ordering;

Note 2: When the upper limit exceeds +40 ° C or the lower limit is lower than -25 ° C, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

2) The elevation of the installation site does not exceed 2000m;

The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40 ° C, and the upper limit value of the ambient air temperature can be allowed to have a higher relative humidity at lower temperatures does not exceed +40 ° C, the lower limit value is not less than -5 ° C, and the average temperature value of 24h does not exceed +35 ° C; For example, up to 90% at +20 ° C, appropriate measures should be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes;

6) The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction;

7), general vertical installation, any direction tolerance 2°;

When folding the commonly used mini-circuit breaker to break the circuit, the moving contact of the mini-circuit breaker is separated from the fixed contact by mechanical method. When the switch is closed, the opposite mechanical motion is used to close the moving contact and the fixed contact. When the load circuit is switched on and off, an arc will occur between the fixed contact and the moving contact. The arc produced by the breaking process is much more serious than the closing process. When the breaking current is very large, especially when the short circuit is broken, the arc is very large, and it is often very difficult to disconnect the circuit.
